Flooring going down in old/existing kitchen...

Orange matting goes over electric underfloor heating which is itself
laid onto suspended timber floor. For the technically minded it is
Schlüter-Ditra matting; more info at www.schluter.co.uk
Slate tiles then laid over/straight onto matting.

A view from inside with new made-up timber suspended floor

Nearly ready for tilling in exist kitchen.......needs to be done by
thur/fri as kitchen fitters due tues next week!
Area by windows with silver floor (it's foil backed insulation!!) is
to be screeded end of week
